I only booked a 4h guided tour in Alicante where I visited the highlights of the city: the castle, the co-cathedral, the “Explanada” and then I tried “horchata” and some local wines in the Volvo Ocean´s area.
I enjoyed a lot this guided tour as I could learn a lot from my local guide.
